If they are Golf Cart Batteries like in Pic above you can purchase a very inxpensive srap that will hook on the holes in the ears. When I purchased my used golf Cart they gave me on of those straps Also you can purchase at a Parts Store a battery lifting tool that looks like an Old fashion Ice tongs
