Recently bought new 2018 HC Keystone sent me a survey about customer satisfaction. The only problem so far has been with collapsed a/c return ducts which the dealer repaired. I asked why they have not changed their manufacturing process to eliminate the problem as I know they are aware of this as it has been a problem for several years and I requested an email answer to this question. No answer to date
