Stayed at Portal last June. It is about 1 mile to Arches entrance and a short ride into Moab. The park was completing new facilities at the front gate, such as a new Laundry and swim pool. Several kids and people enjoyed playing in an old swim hole in the park. Portal was very adequate for large 5th wheels.
