On the way west as well as east bound, we dealt with the park, they didn't ask for any payment, and did not give us any confirmation other than to say that we were confirmed over the phone. The person on the phone was not the same employee that we spoke to on arrival. Glad others haven't seen this issue. First time an issue with us on 4 or 5 visits, but once is too much for us as we do our reservations more than a month ahead of time for all parks.
