I`m willing to bet that this unit is getting in the neighborhood of 8.5 - 9 mpg, and thats on pretty flat highways. Mountains would be a little less, around 8mpg. This setup is pretty dang close, if not more than what my empty weight would be on my semi(daycab) and 48` trailer.
