Thanks for the reply and information.

The one I had in my 2001 I pulled the batteries whenever we weren't using the rv as suggested on the cover. I remembered seeing the photo you had with a switch and decided to try one. Looks like the best thing is to do as you suggest and just change the batteries when they go dead. Again thanks for the info.
