Don't have the ph #, but I'm sure local Elkhart info will have it. You will probably talk to a lady named "Flip" (or, maybe "Deb" if "Flip" is doing other stuff). Both ladies went above and beyond to help us out when we were in Santa Fe and ours broke.
Just explain your problem to her, and she will probably send you a replacement inside plate assembly.
