I received the same phone call from Keystone yesterday about the rear Emergency Window. They asked if it was behind the ladder or not. Mine is Not! She said ok and thank you. I asked her why they called about this and she stated it is because some 2013 units had the rear Emergency Escape window installed behind the ladder by mistake and this makes it impossible to open the window all of the way and escape out it. They will have to be reinstalled on the other side.
