I think Ozz and I have mentioned that with dual ac's (op and us), the only practical solution is to simply add a fan into the mix. With that being said, we do have the slide toppers, but even so moving the air around in the rig does not require a large fan, I would think a desktop model sitting on the kitchen counter would provide some quick noticeable relief
