Unscrewed the frame on the inside, the outside will now be loose and fall into the hands of the person on the outside. Two people needed for this. Remove the glass from the frame (foam tape) and remove all the tape residue. New glass should be exact size old glass was. Run clear water proof silicone on the frame where the new glass will go. Put the new glass on. Let dry for 4-6 hours. Two people take the new glass in the frame to the door and while one holds, the other screws the frame back on. Screw alternating and don't overtighten.
