We looked at many floor plans but with the features like 2 doors and the large living room, and the safety aspect that KOLCB mentioned ,we got the 3750FL, and absolutely love it. We are very happy with our choice. We looked at the 3850 also but the DW didn't quite like the wall separating the dining area from the livingroom, but preferred the openness the 3750 has inthat area. Minor perhaps , but everyone has different things that they like. Good luck on your search .
