If you actually have the 3870# wheels and they are rated for 110 PSI they are good to go. According to the specs on your trailer you have 7000 axles. You can not exceed the wheel capacity unless you extremely over load your axles. Tire loads exceeding an axles capacity is known as "load capacity reserves".
