Have not had the problem of 'stuck' tires but years ago when I worked for a 'Fixed Base Operator' at the Albuquerque airport/ they resurfaced several of the overnight aircraft parking areas. We would have aircraft where the wheels would settle into the asphalt overnight -- the following morning we would be out with our tugs trying to get the aircraft moved. Took about a week of this and the airport had the company come out and do some overlay with a firmer mixer. What a mess that was!! Warm asphalt has properties all its own
