I got up one morning on Union Pass Wy and found 6 inches of snow on the ground in an almost white out. Our camper didn’t have a ladder on it and we don’t carry one. When is it going to quit snowing, how long will it stay on the ground? We have a steep mountain to get off of and snow is sticking to the gravel road. Now what to do. We got the snow off the slide as best we could and got out of there. I told my friend who lives in Dubios. He laughed and said the snow would be gone an a day or two. It was.
From up there you can’t call, no cell service. There is no TV on radio. You are on your own just like I like it but it can bite you in the butt.
