Bogus survey from Keystone
Kathy received a letter from Keystone inviting her to participate in a survey online. SHe went to the URL, couldn't find the survey and was redirected to "Questions about your Keystone". She was invited to ask a question to a "guru". When she started this process, she was asked, "how much is this answer worth to you?". Which she would be charged if the answer was satisfactory. She backed out in a hurry. Anybody heard of this?
