Good luck Joe and Cindy! We bought our 3400 back in 2004 and still have it. Just love it and have not seen another floor plan that has interested us over the years. We are in Northern Illinois. We even lived in ours for a year and a half right thru the winter here while we remodeled the house. That year & a half only made us more determined to be able to hit the road for a long several year trip thru our great county.
