Lippert is the manufacturer of these mechanisms and I would contact them personally or have your dealer contact them. I think you will find the fix is just like what BB TX, 1retired06 and K0LCB have said. There are several of us here on the forum that have had this exact problem and followed the recommended Lippert fix and the problem is solved.
