I had to replace a frayed cable on the kitchen slide in our HC330 this week. This slide has always labored and tripped off a few times. I noticed that the cables are very (too?) tight on all three slides. While going through the adjustments I noticed the maintenance manual says:
The Accu-Slide is a give and take system between the cables,
if the inside and outside opposing cables are too tight you will cause the motor to be over worked leading to trouble later on.
Loosened the chains a bit and the laboring sound is much less. Still messing with the adjustments to dial it in. Just thought I would pass this along.
