Thanks to all for your comments and suggestions. I just had the Flex Armor roof put on my unit and it appears to be a much better roof than EPDM. The local shop here in Denton, Texas paid particular attention to the prep work and the final product seems to be fantastic. The shop was welcoming for me to be there during any phase of th process so I got to see a lot of what and how they did it. A surprise came when we were prepping the roof, a pinhole leak from a hailstorm last year which caused a small undetectable leak. If I had not replaced the roof I would have never known it until the roof panel failed or deteriorated enough to have water drip into the cabin. This roof will not be as easily punctured. Lifetime guarantee but time will tell how it goes. The process makes sense and should be good for the life of the unit. Limited roof time which makes me happy.
