We are having the same issue with ours but we don't have an island..what's weird is that we keep the water turned off when we are not using it and when my husband turns it on, we get a towel full of leak, but cannot see where it's coming from! Once I remove the wet towel and and put a dry towel and brown paper (for quick checking) we don't get another drop! I feel like ripping all the stuff out and put in new. My husband thought it may be due to the regulator going bad, but we replaced it's still doing the same thing. 😣
