I am told the crack is cosmetic. They just fix the crack with the kit. Too bad they don't do it for SECOND owners. They KNOW it is a problem and apparently even have a fund set up for it. They will lose a lot of respect for acting this way. You might try going to the next level of management and seeing if that would help.
By the way we have the crack on our rig. Still haven't taken it in of the fix. Too busy having fun.
