What is the payload on your door sticker? From that subtract your wt, passenger wt, stuff wt, hitch wt etc. That is your actually payload and will determine what you can legally tow. Can you tow 29000 lbs - yep - legally - nope...Even the 13500 is most doubtful - sorry for the bad news ...
