Thanks for the tips. I dis-assembled the plastic faucet yesterday. The design is made for low flow. The simple shut off design has a metal plate with a hole that is about 80% of the size of a pencil eraser for the water to flow thru. That is the restrictor--can't be removed or you will not be able to turn off the water! So, I will search a few Lowe's for a residential replacement. Keep you posted on progress--and I got it back together!
