I'd like to see Keystone offer a menu of two, maybe three options for each key item (e.g., tires, hitch, suspension, etc.), with a price tag for each. Computers and the internet should make this fairly painless for them. Then, they could advertise a cheap price for the trailer, which would allow them to stay competitive, but more seasoned (i.e., repeat) owners could order the upgrades and save themselves the large hassle of fixing broken stuff.
