Are you sure none of the breakers have power? It sounds like your missing one leg coming in from the power source, either that or that light is wired direct. You should have two 50amp circuts coming into your rig. If one is down many things aren't going to work. If that light is wired direct then there's no telling what other strange things someone has done.
