Hi Shovelhead86,
I checked and you were only charged one time for your registration. Also thanks for sending me a PM explaining the problem you were having. Yes, if you skip a required field and then go back to fill it in, your credit card information will disappear and you will have to refill that info again. Apparently that is a security option that is built into the system.
