Let me see if I can do this..... Go to your online directtv account....sign in..scroll to the very bottom of the page....click on site map..scroll down to support....select sound and picture..click on call customer service x-711...click on referesh your service...your service is back. You can do this anytime you have lost service or programming is missing.....
BTW..We take two Directv receivers from the stick house with us to florida or one receiver when traveling for short periods. Been doing that for a very long time..
