[Travelling Three]

I realize this is a Montana forum but my neighbor has a no hot water problem that I thought I would throw out there. He has a 2016 Grand Design Reflection, no hot water anywhere but the tank is full of hot water. We checked the winterization controls and everything is in the proper position and he has plenty of cold water and good cold water pressure. He told me that last night they had hot water but this morning they didn't. Again, I know this is a Montana forum but I'm trying to get an answer to help out a fellow camper and just maybe there are some former Grand Design owners that might be able to help.
