Hi MikenDebbie, I don’t have a lot of experience either but I do remember the dealer pointing out a “master disconnect” for the inverter in the nose compartment just above the 12 volt batteries. You might check it is in the on position. I also think the inverter has some lights that indicate function. Just a few quick ideas..
