trlrboy, when I disconnect from the CG water source, I lower my hose and there is a relief valve on the canister I push which empties the line, then I just put it inside the trailer. You could put a cap on the hose also, I don't. I also do not disconnect hose from the trailer inlet port. Just leave it in all the time....... Hope this helps...
