The cancellation deadline for the Western Region Rally at Coos Bay, Oregon is May 15, 2019 when we will be submitting payment to the RV resort. Cancellations received before May 15 will receive a full refund. Anyone cancelling after that date will need to contact the RV resort and will probably only receive a partial refund.
We hope to see everyone at the Coos Bay Rally, but understand that life happens. If anyone needs to cancel, please do so via email to
