I'm not familiar with that model. I assume that the door has one of those new fangled friction hinges on it (which I hate with a passion). Is there anything else that keeps the door from contacting the awning arm?. If not that is a really bad design. That door should have a gas strut on it, preventing it from opening more that 90 deg. I had them on 2 previous Raptor trailers and loved them.
