There has been a lot of discussion on just this, are you running the fan speed on low or high? Some of the members have had success running the fan speed on high as this I believe tends to reduce the freezing up issue. Might try checking the search button on the top of the page and see some of the past posts regarding this. Good luck and welcome to the club.
