A group of us went that way last year. There was a variety of rigs: motorhomes towing F250 or SUV; 5th wheels of 32' to 41' towed mostly by Fords and a couple of Dodges. We went the Hwy-163 / Hwy-191 routes from Monument Valley to Moab. To tell the truth, I never noticed a grade issue. We had a snow flurry near Moab which was interesting. But the road was good and scenic.

You will be fine.
