I have had 2 of the faucet stems break. One in the shower and one in the outdoor shower. They hadn't even been used in months, water just starts dripping, then you try to turn it off and the handle just spins. The replacement stem and bonnet sets are not easy to find. Camping World doesn't carry them. After the stems break off they are hard to remove since there is no longer anything to unscrew them with, very frustrating. Also, since you can't shut off the water to them, you have to shut off the water at the hookup, i.e., no water.

I would like to replace them with something that doesn't have a plastic stem, but I don't know how to get the shower faucet off. The opposite side of the shower wall has a mirror glued to the wall. Any ideas on how to get the mirror off or the faucet off?
