I'm a gettin old, but these are the things I like -
Separation on the drive-throughs so my porch is looking at something besides the neighbors slide and his waste line doesn't run under my picnic table -
Grass - Stayed on a grassy lot last week and it was lovely. Even forgive the sprinkler system that came on and soaked my chair overnight.
