-Cable slides to hydraulic= major PITA and big $$ (never heard of it being done)
-Electric to hydraulic level= Easily done for around $3500-4000k
-As far as steps go. Get the revolution glow steps. They are very stable and adjustable to any terrain. They store in the same place as the older fold in steps.
