If it's a residential reefer you might want to make sure your batteries are in good shape. I've tested ours in the driveway in 60 degree ambient temps with no 120vac hooked to 5r and the inverter ran it ~36 hours b4 dropping the battery vdc down to the cut out (10.5). That's really hard on a pair of 12 volt marine deep cycle brand X batteries.
