As a matter of fact, I have a rear end 'clunk' that Ford will not address, I have been to 4 dealerships, the area service advisor drove it, he says it is normal. Bull####!, it feels just like a 5 gallon paint can sliding and hitting the tailgate. It happens when under load, take your foot off the gas, then accelerate...Clunk.
Ford says it is normal, but any normal condition has extremes, mine is at the top of the scale.
I have commissioned an attorney and am suing under the Missouri lemon Law.
Other than that, it's a great stump puller and I like it.
Knock on wood, the engine is doing super.
