Most RV stores carry those cheap switches for a couple of buck for a triple switch with enclosure. Just keep changing them out when they fail. They are the worst switches I have ever seen and I have seen a few.
Pam, Bob isn't the only one that has a habit of leaning on the fan switch. The darn thing is at shoulder height and I know every time I come down the stairs I either turn it "on" or "off".
I guess if that is all we have to complain about our problems aren't too bad.
