I have the Hydrastar actuator and am happy with it. I required the adapter for my 2016 Chevy and it works well.
As was indicated the Hydrastar rotors and calipers are something new so I can't comment on them since I also used the Kodiak rotors and calipers. The price looks good although you might want to include the battery for the emergency brake. The install was pretty easy however the way I did the install I needed longer than the 6 foot section to span from one side to the other.
They are a great investment, good luck.
