My house is on a bit of a slope and near the curb it slopes to the side also. When I do my zerks, there is almost always 1 or 2 that won't take grease. I tried the jack approach and it worked, but is a pain to do - so I had a brain storm. After greasing all that would take it, I just drove the unit around the cul de sac and parked the other direction therebye shifting the weight around. It has worked each time the last 2 years.
