This list is a few items we need to address for the 2017 Spring Rally that is being held in Moran, WY on June 21st to June 28th.

1. We are looking for volunteers to host the Potluck Dinner and for the White Elephant Gift Exchange. Both of these events will be held on Tuesday , June 27th.

Potluck hosts: Ken & Pat Pyles

White Elephant hosts: Carl, Susan & Macey Youngren

2. We are in the need of 9 pop up tents to be used for the weeks events. We know we have some committed all ready, but could you please list your name and tent count on this topic.

5. Rich Beavers
6. Jack Lyons
7. Charlie Macleod
8. Ken Brenk
9. Rich Schallmo

3. One final item. If by some reason you have reservations for this rally and will not be able to attend could you please contact the Wagon Masters via this page, before you cancel with the campground. We are asking this because we have a waiting list of some members that would like to attend, but did not reserve in the allotted time frame.
