Loose fan blades are a regular problem. In addition the originals on our rig aren't the best and do sag a little. We're going to replace them soon, just can't make up our mind on color. Diesel guy and I punched in at the same time, but you get the idea and they don't cost a whole lot. I'd go for the Hunter Tropical ones
