If you open the door and grasp it where the latches are you can lift the door up and down. our was excessive enough that the door would unlatch while travelling. I suspect that when they rolled the hinges it was too large an opening so the hingepin was too loose. It also looked like that when they drilled the holes for the latch it was cut too high.
