Did you find the problem with furnace ? I have the same unit as you have and I had the exact same problem as you have. Called mobile tech, he checked furnace outside, wires in electrical box.....all good, thought about it for a minute and then removed a/c filter panel in the living room.....yep, just a loose wiring connection. Saw this post earlier but didn't ring a bell for me till just now, sorry. Mine happened 2 years ago. Hope it works if you haven't already fixed it.
