I hope you get the deal you need.
I have a standard Reese 16K hitch. I've only taken it out of the bed once. If it wasn't so heavy, it might have been removed two or three times over the past couple years. But I do know that I'd have loved to have gotten a hitch with under-the-bed rails so that when it was out, it didn't leave ANYTHING to block a smooth platform for cargo.
If you can go the extra bucks for that hitch, go for it.
I think I've heard at least one other brand name mentioned. (Other members will chime in.) I can't tell you if that brand's the best, or if it has problems another brand would alleviate. But the rails being out of the way is a great thing.
