I've seen complaints from both Dometic and Norcold owners about Fridge and Freezer temps not holding where they should.

Have you installed extra fans to move out the hot air from behind the fridge in your rigs?

Here's a thread from the Keystone Forum that got a lot of attention. I added fans to mine which seems to have helped maintain better temps.
