I'm using the Andersen hitch and really like it. The truck is a short bed GMC. We live at end of a cul-de-sac so have to make a tight U turn every time we pack unit at our house. The fiver comes close to cab but does go behind cab but does not hit. Had a Pullrite slider for previous 2500 Chevy and it worked fine. Had put winch in garage in order to remove it when not traveling. Even with that hitch I hit my bed rails a couple times because of having to back over hilly terrain with some swales.
