On this model, as you know the fridge is NOT in a slide unit. Just that being said, it will be more stable going down the road, and also you don't have to worry about the weight of it in a slide. We have NOT had any movement of items in our fridge on the superslabs(sarcasm) of this great state of Ohio!! I personally like the residential fridge better than the rv unit. It stay colder in freezer and the fridge is better temp controlled also. ALOT larger storage in both areas.

What makes you think "its not the way to go yet"?
